What is the big "secret" in fitness??  These three things work EVERY time:

 

1) Hard work

2) Smart nutrition

3) Consistency

 

 

 

No reason to get fancy with you guys.  That's not the way I do things.  It doesn't matter what the new diet fad is, it doesn't matter what the new "guru" does, and it doesn't matter what the new issue of the latest and greatest magazine says.  If you are not busting your ass in the gym....and staying dedicated away from the gym.....for an extended period of time, you won't get anywhere.
